On our search for unique C6 items led me to my friend Taylor’s Hurst C7 to C6 adapter quickly came to mind. He had many people saying either there wasn't any aftermarket knobs or the only replacements were OEM that had been painted or wrapped.
This is a c7 Hurst Shifter, the issue why it doesn't work out of the box is that the lower cam finger doesn't go far enough to engage with the spring loaded shaft to engage the park/safety switch. Little bit of measuring, some time in Fusion 360, and a handful of prototypes later, boom new cam with a longer engagement.
Final 3D print in Carbon fiber filament, no one has been able to break it yet and a few of us have given it some pretty good torture testing already.
This does not include the Hurst handle, part number for it is listed below along with the optional grip with buttons
